Tots Kickboxing

Our Tots programme is specifically designed for children aged 3–5. Through fun, age-appropriate activities, children develop gross motor skills, coordination, listening skills and social confidence. Every session is packed with games, music and movement — all wrapped in the foundations of kickboxing.

Our Kids programme teaches real kickboxing techniques in a safe, structured and energetic environment. Children learn discipline, respect and resilience alongside fitness and self-defence awareness. Belt grading gives children goals to work towards and a real sense of achievement.
